📖 Beyond the Club, check out what we're reading in 2026
Bound to Shift isn’t just about one book a month; it’s about living a reading life that keeps you growing, laughing, and shifting all year long. This is where Jenn, Sandra, and Adam share their personal picks: the books stacked on their nightstands, tucked in carry-ons, and dog-eared on the coffee table. You’ll find honest reviews (on socials), juicy takeaways, and handy purchase links so you can grab a copy, read along, and maybe even start your own side quest stack as we add new favorites throughout the year

The Acupuncture Response
This pairs with my Beyond Symptoms method that I talked about in ep#21
You Can Be Happy No Matter What
This is for me to expand on biohacking happiness from ep#20
The Green Kingdom
My daughter got this for her bday and I started reading it first, WOW. I've never had a book that inspired me to want to write one. It speaks to my love of nature, mystery, travel, and communication. Hard to find anything like this, so I may have to write some.
The Four Agreements
Sandra gifted me this as it lends to our phrase "what matters?" She said I would like it since I like systems to analyze things with.
Love, Nature, Magic
I gifted this book to Ashton and Sandra this year so we could read and chat together about it. It's about connecting to nature and learning to hear their messages. Let's see how woo woo we can get.
Medicinal Herbs
Ashton gifted me this, knowing my interest in growing herbs and using them to make amazing tea blends and medicines. This year I will read this to learn and work on building my greenhouse out of my bamboo and Perrier bottles. I'll be surprised if I grow anything in it this year, but I'll be equipped and ready to grow with this year's read and preparation.
The Creative Act: A Way of Being
This book was a gift from my love. It was part of a tradition where Jenn and I pick books for each other that would be outside of our normal interests or could be something that connects in a different way. It has proven to be excellent with short chapters that can be read in small amounts. It provides wisdom and insight to unlock creativity and deeper thinking.
I left space for more books throughout the year as they call to me. If you have any suggested reads, post it on socials and tag me so I can see.

The 13 Original Clan Mothers
We're reading this for our Bound to Shift book club. For me, it will be the 4th time, and I always gain new insights, and I love sharing this book with others.
The 13 Original Clan Mothers
We're reading this for our Bound to Shift book club. For me, it will be the second time, and I can't wait. It's bite-sized with one chapter per month and packed with so much wisdom.
I'm apart of multiple book clubs, but if you have any suggested reads, post them on socials and tag me so I can see.

Opening the Akashic Records: Meet Your Record Keepers and Discover Your Soul's Purpose
The Akashic records are the source of all knowledge. I’ve been a big fan of any books that Maureen St Germain writes including all of her 5D books. This book goes more deeply into how to access the Akashic records with specific techniques. I’ve read a lot of books on accessing the Akashic records and this is the first one that has specific techniques and purpose.
Per usual, I leave space for more books to come to me throughout the year. If you have any suggested reads, post it on socials and tag me so I can see.
